| Understanding Your Requirements |
This phase involves gathering the initial requirements while getting to understand your needs.
We review your existing website, if you have one, and review the business processes that may be costing
you time and money.
Based on your requirements, we may also have to evaluate basic technologies.
It is important that we capture the details while keeping an eye on the overall objectives of the
complete website.
Finally we share with you our experience in how we have helped other customers.
Understanding what we've done to solve similar problems helps you see areas where you can improve your business.

| Business Proposal |
WebDataDynamics wants to make sure you know exactly what your website is going to do before we start.
Our Business Proposal summarizes the overall functionality of the website with various cost options.
It also includes project timelines to ensure that your website is ready when promised.
Once you sign off on the Business Proposal, we are ready to begin writing the Technical Specification
and will provide you with 2-3 design schemes to choose from.
|
|
Technical Specification |
Our Technical Specification describes in detail, all the functionality that will be implemented on your website.
This specification describes what each function will do and how it will work.
In a multi-user environment, the functions for each user group will be provided.
Examples of user groups may include: Administration, Employees, Members and Customers.
The Technical Specification serves as a blue print of all the major website features.
This document is used to coordinate the application development and testing phases of the project.

Website Design |
The graphic design process is crucial to any business, making it stand out head and shoulders from the competition.
A professionally designed website conveys confidence, strengthens your brand, and makes a good first impression with potential customers.
During the design process, whether you work with one of our internal graphic designers or one of our graphic design partners, every detail of the design will be thought out.
They will look at your business, as well as your competitors, to design and develop an eye catching, easy navigational website that stands out from the rest.
|
|
Application Development |
The Application Development process runs in parallel with the Graphic Design process.
This process begins by creating a data model of the information for your web application.
A secured Administration module is developed which allows your website administrator to login and make configurations to your website.
The underlying functions are then written and tested for supporting your web application.
Once the backend programming is complete, we build the various display pages throughout your site to implement the functionality.
This is when your developed web application is integrated with your website design.
|
|
Quality Assurance |
Before your website is launched, it undergoes a series of testing.
As the software functions and components are being developed, they are tested completely to ensure they meet the functional requirements in the Technical Specification.
The Administration module is completely tested by our test group when the module is documented.
Once the Administration manual is complete, the Graphic Designers test the various website pages to ensure the graphic design and web application are properly integrated.
The entire website is designed, developed and tested on our web host server.
Our customers are able to review and approve their entire website before it is launched.

|
Maintenance and Support |
All websites must evolve to remain relevant in a changing world.
Websites need new content, web applications require enhancements; ecommerce websites need news ways to keep users coming back.
We support our websites for issues as well as upgrades.
We stand behind the web applications we build for you. The functionality should work as described in the Technical Specification and if they don't, we correct it at our expense.
